Shipping Information



We ship within the United States Priority mail via USPS within 3 days after receipt of order except for holidays and weekends*.  Orders generally take 2-3 days to arrive from shipment date.  If item isn't currently in stock, we will notify you, as we will need time to make your item. 

*The website is open 365 days a year.  Storefront Hours: 10am - 6pm Mon-Fri. 10am - 4pm Sat. Closed Sundays and Holidays. The shop holidays we are closed: (Contact us for soap emergencies)

  • Dec. 23rd end of business day through New Years and reopen January 15, 2018. However, we still ship.  Please call. 

For customers outside of the United States, please contact us directly, and we can process your order over the phone or through our contact form.  We can ship anywhere that receives mail.

We want happy customers!  If you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us and let us know how we can help you.  Since soap is a personal use product, we cannot accept used products for refund or exchange.  However, If the item has not been opened and is still in its original packaging, we will accept a return for exchange or refund, less the shipping fees.  Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment was received.

Any liquid item cannot be returned as we have no way of knowing if the item was previously opened.
