We have always used Epsom salts, otherwise known as magnesium sulfate, to soak our tired bodies and especially our feet after a long day. The purfication of the magnesium sulfate with mineral rich salt from the Dead Sea helps to promote healing of tired muscles and minor sprains from a workout or overdoing in your garden. These salts are intended to be used to help relax your overworked muscles however, you should always seek a doctor's opinion anytime you are experiencing pain!

*We grind our salts to a fine texture to dissolve quickly in warm water. Use 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on the size of your tub.

Our salts are available uncolored and unscented however, feel free to choose from any of our scents to create your own spa atmosphere after a long day.

*Your salts arrive packaged in a cellophane gift bag with ribbon, completely recyclable. However for longer lasting storage we suggest you place them in a glass or pottery jar in a safe place away from children.

*If you do not use often please give it a stir or shake as if scented, the essential oils will migrate towards the bottom over time.

*Do not use on irritated or broken skin! For external use only!

*We do not use ground or whole plant material in our salts. While pieces of roses or lavender may look pretty it is also unnecessary as it will float and stick to your body, your tub, and your drain!

*If scented, please be aware that different essential oils carry different color properties such as orange is a very deep rich yellow and your salts will reflect this just as vanilla will make your salts look tan. We never use color stabilizers as these are considered an irritant by myself and others.
